Adamson Limited WarrantY CLAIM

There are two Adamson warranty claim options:

1. Replacement Claim
2. Credit Claim

Both categories carry a 60 day processing time from the date of confirmation of receipt of the claim. Please read the Claim forms carefully to determine which type of claim best suits your needs.

Replacement Claim

A Replacement Claim is designed to facilitate the delivery of spare parts to end-users who are under time constraints and need shipping immediately (or as parts become available). Under a Replacement Claim an invoice is issued. Should the claim item be covered under warranty, a full credit will be applied to the customers account.

If a high quality digital photo is not sufficient to determine the cause of failure, the damaged part(s) need to be returned to our Factory in Port Perry, Canada or the Adamson Service Center in Hamburg, Germany within 60 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the claim. Any item that does not arrive within the 60 day period will remain invoiced on the end-user's account.

A replacement claim will not be processed without the receipt of the claim form. A replacement item will not be shipped without proof of payment.

Credit Claim

A Credit Claim does not carry an invoice. If a high quality digital photo is not sufficient to determine the cause of failure, the damaged part(s) need to be returned to our Factory in Port Perry, Canada or the Adamson Service Center in Hamburg, Germany within 60 days from the date of confirmation of receipt of the claim. When the warranty claim is approved, a credit will be applied to the end user's account.

A credit claim will not be processed without the receipt of the claim form.


PHOTO UPLOAD

Each photograph should be titled with the 5 digit RA number provided by Adamson followed by the item number. For example: 12345-1.jpg, 12345-2.jpg, 12345-3.jpg etc. In order for us to identify the submitted photo with the corresponding warranty claim.
