Adamson Selected by AEC Audio-Medias for Summer in the South of France March 1, 2004 In preparation for the upcoming theatre and concert tour season, AEC Audio-Medias of Avignon, France has increased their inventory of Adamson loudspeakers with the delivery of 12 Adamson Yaxis Y10 line array enclosures and six Y10 Subs. The company additionally purchased four Adamson SX18s and two LX10 cabinets. Based in the south of France, AEC Audio-Medias provides audio, video, lighting and staging equipment to the entertainment industry, and recently served as the sound contractor for the opera Carmen, presented 'in the round' at the Stade de France last September. "We are extremely pleased to have AEC in our network," said Guy Vignet, president of Paris-based DV2 (Adamson Europe). "The two founders of the company, Eric Lambertin and Philippe Roussel, have years of experience in the audio industry and are especially well-known within the theatre field.
